We are a small animal practice in Wiltshire, first established in 1972. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care. For your added convenience, there’s free parking for clients at the practice.
Sarah joined the Harris, Hill and Gibbons team in February 2018. As our practice has grown, and continues to broaden its service offerings, a need was identified to split the commercial elements of the practice from the clinical. Sarah provides leadership, management and support for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensures our behaviour is in accordance with the RCVS and CVS codes and is here to optimise our service to clients and patients. Sarah has previously worked in the engineering sector with various commercial responsibilities. In her spare time Sarah enjoys horse riding, running, walking and spending time with family and friends. She has a Thoroughbred gelding called Finn, a cat called Binky and is slightly worried that the number of animals in her household will rapidly increase after joining the HHG team!
Ali joined the Harris, Hill and Gibbons team as a receptionist at our Westbury surgery in 2005. In May 2007 she took on the job role of practice manager, which involves admin support, HR support and overseeing the running of all four surgeries. In her spare time she is kept busy looking after her two children, but she still makes time to go running two or three times a week. At home she has a Jack Russell Terrier called Chalkie – although a more accurate name would be Houdini, after his extraordinary escapes from a locked garden with a six foot fence. Ali’s favourite animals are meerkats.
Lisa joined the Harris, Hill and Gibbons team as an administration clerk in 2011, providing admin support for all four surgeries. In her spare time you will find her rushed off of her feet running around after her four children and many pets! At home Lisa has a Labrador called Remy, a Lurcher called Merlin (who is a frequent visitor to the practice for all number of injuries), a Patterdale Terrier called Willow, three ferrets called Zoom, Georgie and Maggie, a rabbit called Poppy, Storm the gerbil and last but not least two pigs! Lisa is a qualified riding instructor, and her favourite animals are horses.
Caren joined the practice in October 2016 as a receptionist. She is mainly based in our Westbury practice and also travels over to our Warminster practice on occasions. Caren enjoys working within the team and has built up relationships with clients and their pets. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her family and friends. Caren has a love for cats and has her very own Bengal.
Vikki joined the Harris, Hill and Gibbons team in 2012 as an animal nursing assistant at our Bradford-on-Avon practice, but now works at our Trowbridge branch as a part-time receptionist.
She has always had a passion for animals; she always looks forward to coming into work as every day is different. Outside of work Vikki likes to spend time with her family and friends as well as enjoying cooking and gardening. Her favourite animals are giraffes.
